Overview:

We provide Visa Sponsor jobs for International Associate degree holders. The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and improving productivity and efficiency.

Skills:

You are proficient in English speaking and your communication skills are good. You have hands- on experience on MS Office like, Excel, Power point, Word, Google Trend,, Marketing experience. Team management and team lead. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide support to the General Manager 
• Balance the hotel room type inventory
• Handle guest’s special requests and customer complaints.
• Perform all other front desk duties and responsibilities.
• Investigate and handle complaints, disturbances, emergencies, etc..
• Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.
• Employee benefits available (health, dental, vision, 401k etc.)

Qualifications and experience.

This is an associate degree jobs in the USA where you must have a valid degree. We sponsored a visa and work permit for this job according to labor laws in the USA. A minimum Bachelor is required for this job. At least 5 years of experience in the hotel management related field. If you have a college degree then you must have 3 years of experience required or if you have 4 years degree then 1 year experience required.

• Previous supervisory responsibilities
• Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Long hours are sometimes required.
