Responsibilities for HR manager
In this position you will work closely to with the managing director and our whole team to support USA Managers. Team lead and help all employs or colleagues. indeed jobs looking for human resources manager and below is the requirements.
1. Management and team leads to new hired colleagues who fit our company.
2. Advise managers and team leaders in the USA .
3. Travel to different work locations all over the USA.
4. Participate in HR projects .
5. Prepare and handle annual employee rate sheets and document annual increase status changes.
6. Monitor tracking system and workflows.
7. Manage immigration and visas related issues Or update about new renewals.
8. Facilitate new visitors , arrange meetings with managers or ceo .
9. Coordinate with managers and team leaders.
10. Manage our website career page and employee branding materials.
11. Minimum bachelor required or Human resources, Business management, or BBA degree will be preferred.
Salary
Salaries range up to 85$k to 125$k yearly depending on your work experience and qualification.
