- Human resource management and customer services within high volume store locations. Develop creative plans to increase store sales
- Manage store expense control .
- Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities
- Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience
- Train and develop your team of assistants and managers.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of retail experience as a Store Manager at any store in the USA.
- Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a team
- Previous volume responsibility of $15 million or more
- Strong interpersonal, communication and follow through skills
